Looks like the one you were trying to use was only intended for Visual Studio users anyway. However, you can always try it in W10 to let it download and unpack, then intercept the script where it is checking the OS level and either emulate the rest of the script manually or jump over the condition step. Hint: as long as you don't close the message window the FixIT environment will still be there for you to examine or play with.
